Shipping & Import Responsibilities

All products are shipped directly from our supplier in China to the consumer. Palmer's Boutique New York does not import goods into the Netherlands or other EU member states.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are the official importer of the goods and are fully responsible for payment of any import duties, customs fees, VAT or other taxes upon delivery.

These costs are not included in the product price and must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant authorities. Palmer's Boutique New York is not responsible for customs delays, additional charges or complications related to import procedures.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit quantities or cancel orders placed under the same account, credit card or billing/shipping address.
