Refund policy
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

The order must include all original parts, accessories, and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

The product must not show signs of excessive or improper use. Damage caused by misuse is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

The product was defective upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Items must be returned within 7 business days after return approval, and receipt will be confirmed if all conditions are met.
⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used, damaged, or altered beyond our control.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return an Order
If your return meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Once your request is reviewed, we will contact you and provide you with the correct return address.
⚠️ Do not return items to the sender address.
The correct return address will only be provided after contacting us.
Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

All returned items are shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Asia.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are non-refundable.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided they are acting as a private individual and not for business or professional purposes.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods or the last item of your order.
Due to our fully automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after placement. As a result, it is not possible to cancel or stop shipment once an order has been placed. Refunds prior to receipt of the goods are therefore not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (for example by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Effect of Withdrawal
Withdrawal becomes effective only after the goods have been received and returned.

The customer bears the full cost of return shipping.

Because our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are outside our control.

If goods are already in transit, withdrawal is not possible until delivery is completed.

You may notify us of your intent to withdraw in advance, but the return must take place after receipt of the goods.
To ensure faster processing, we kindly ask you to provide a shipping confirmation or tracking proof once the return has been dispatched.
Refunds
Upon valid withdrawal and receipt of the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you excluding shipping costs, and excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a shipping method other than the cheapest standard delivery option.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal and have received the returned goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged for the refund itself.
